These Terms of Service (“Terms”) establish the contractual framework governing your participation in the Dangote Petroleum Refinery Share Pre-order & Reservation Initiative. This program is hosted and facilitated by Immortal Statisense Ltd (operating as Patmus Markets) in strategic partnership with participating Nigerian corporate institutions and registered capital market intermediaries.

By proceeding with your Dangote IPO subscription, inputting your personal information, or completing payment on Patmus, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, our general Privacy Policy, and relevant regulatory directives of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) of Nigeria.

Key Purpose: This initiative is structured to expand financial inclusion and democratize access for everyday retail investors across Nigeria to acquire pre-allocated equity shares in the Dangote Petroleum Refinery on accessible payment terms.

For subscriptions made under the Security Deposit Option, your outstanding balance must be fully paid on or before October 31, 2026.

Payment Deadline: October 31, 2026

Your subscription will only be completed upon receipt of the required balance. Patmus will provide automated account notifications, SMS, and email alerts prior to the settlement deadline.

0% Interest Guarantee: The deferred balance carries strictly zero percent (0%) interest. There are no hidden fees, interest charges, compounding fees, or service markups.
Forfeiture Policy

5. Forfeiture of Security Deposit

Default & Forfeiture Consequences

If the outstanding balance is not paid in full by October 31, 2026, the subscription will not be completed and the security deposit paid will be forfeited.

No refund of the security deposit will be due in this circumstance.

If unresolved after 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
